Additionally we have been working with Vector 180 LLC a Local Hospitality Wireless company that provides turn key hotel guest WiFi connectivity.

Project Management:
* Deployment Manager (FIM) to Motorola Inc, for the Earthlink Wireless Philadelphia Project, responsible for the Start-up Deployment of a Wireless Mesh Network, including: operations, writing contractor RFQ/RFP, selecting and managing installation contractors for the $18,000,000 project.
* PM for local community owned $200,000 turn-key cell tower construction project. We provided complete services from Town meetings getting approval, through leasing, construction, and final turn-up of the 4 carriers co-located on the 165 foot tower.
* System Manager for the City of Philadelphia 800 MHz Trunked Radio System. Transitioned 7000 users to the new $66M radio system.
* Lead Field Engineer responsible for the building of the $40M Philadelphia GSA Metricom Ricochet Wireless Data Network, managed personnel and sub-contractors during installation, maintenance, operation, inspection, and modification of the system. Maintained project budgets and schedules.
Engineering:
* Wrote engineering, process and procedure documents, designed antenna mounts, and established the baseline for construction templates of the Motorola/Earthlink Municipal WiFi Project
* Designed multi-million dollar LAN / WAN Wired and Wireless network systems using Cisco, Cabletron, DEC, 3Com, and Whisper LAN hardware on fiber optic, UTP and coax.
* Designed and installed a $1.5M, seventeen room test center network capable of replicating entire multi-building campus networks. The system was able to mimic fiber WAN links, and in-building LANs.
Technical Documentation:
* Performed a system feasibility study and wrote a network concept document detailing the requirements for a City wide, multi-use, modular wireless network to be released for a Design-Build Contract.
* Wrote Bid Documents and Bid Specifications for local City to contract a carrier to build a new 165 foot tower, and through a rent abatement program for the City to buy the tower back from the carrier.
Specialties:
Integration: Supervise team members during Site Construction, hardware assembly, and software loading, and write procedures for both. Inspect, and test completed systems. Mastered computer operation principles and configurations, Win95, WinNT, Win XP, and most COTS software. Experience with Tropos, Canopy, Alvarion, Dragon Wave, Cisco, 3Com, Cabletron, DOS, DEC, Novell, and Windows NT environments and commands. Used various network monitoring platforms, such as CWW and 3Com Transcend Manager.
